Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center COO Russell Baxley to Leave

Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center in Hartsville, S.C., announced that COO Russell Baxley is leaving to take up the COO post at Lancaster (Pa.) Regional Medical Center, according to a report by The Hartsville Messanger.

Mr. Baxley has been with the medical center since 2011.

In his new role, Mr. Baxley will also oversee Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center in Lititz, Pa., according to the report.
