Mike Johnson will serve as CFO. Most recently, Mr. Johnson served as CFO for Heart of Lancaster (Pa.) Regional Medical Center and Lancaster (Pa.) Regional Medical Center.
Ann Spade will serve as chief nursing executive. Ms. Spade has worked at Carlisle Regional Medical Center for over 20 years as a nurse, women’s health educator and most recently as director of education.
