Mr. Koppy has left Cano Health to “accept an opportunity outside the organization,” Cano said. Mr. Gil’s appointment became effective Sept. 29.

The value-based care provider is struggling financially and is looking for a buyer. It agreed to sell the majority of its facilities in Texas and Nevada Sept. 26 and is looking to offload facilities in other states outside of its Florida core.
