Mr. Polheber replaces Mike Lieb, who has served as Palm Drive’s interim CEO since May. He will start at Palm Drive on Dec. 1 at an annual salary of $250,000.
Mr. Polheber most recently served as interim CEO of the Arizona Association of Community Health Centers in Phoenix. He has 30 years of experience in healthcare administration.
