Board Ousts CEO Without Cause at California’s El Camino Hospital

Kenneth Graham, CEO of El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, Calif., has been ousted by the board of directors without cause, according to a San Jose Mercury News report.

Mr. Graham’s contract will end June 30. He has been president and CEO of El Camino for 4 and a half years, earning an annual base salary of $632,640. The hospital did not explain why the board requested his resignation.
