The district operates Oak Valley Hospital in Oakdale, Calif., three ambulance services, a long-term care facility and three rural health clinics.
Mr. McCormick most recently served as interim CFO of Pioneers Memorial Healthcare District in Brawley, Calif. He replaces Wayne Mills, who resigned April 30 to become CFO of the Fremont-Rideout Health Group in Yuba City, Calif.
