Here are three things to know about Mr. Jasper.
1. He will begin his new role Jan. 30.
2. He will take over for current CEO Mike Click, who announced his retirement in August.
3. At present, Mr. Jasper manages two privately-owned hospitals —Vibra Hospital of Amarillo (Texas) and Vibra Rehabilitation Hospital of Amarillo, according to the report.
