Providence, R.I.-based Brown University Health has appointed Angie Wright, MSN, RN, as the organization’s chief nursing executive, a newly created role for the health system.
Ms. Wright will also serve as the chief nursing officer for Rhode Island Hospital and Hasbro Children’s Hospital, both based in Providence, according to a Nov. 11 news release from Brown University Health shared with Becker’s.
Ms. Wright previously served as chief nursing officer of two Banner-University Medicine hospitals in Tucson, Ariz.
