Ms. Baker most recently served as CFO and executive vice president for St. Augustine, Fla.-based Flagler Health. She previously served as CFO of CFO for Noblesville, Ind.-based Riverview Health and as controller for Terre Haute (Ind.) Regional Hospital. She has a Master of Business Administration in healthcare from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion.
Ms. Kato most recently served as president and chief human resources strategist for the Human Resources Factor, which assists small to mid-sized businesses with various human resources consulting services. Prior to that, she served as senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Promises Healthcare, where she provided corporate HR leadership for more than 5,000 employees at 18 long-term acute care, short-term acute care and skilled nursing facilities in nine states.
