Bone Biologics names new CMA

Bone Biologics Corp. named Scott D. Boden, MD, as its new chief medical advisor.

Dr. Boden is a tenured professor of orthopedic surgery at the Emory University School of Medicine and serves as the vice chair of orthopedics and director of the Emory Orthopaedics & Spine Center, CMO/CQO of the Emory Orthopaedics & Spine Hospital and clinical director of the Whitesides Orthopaedics Research Laboratory.

His research regarding the discovery of four families of osteoinductive molecules as well as his clinical expertise have allowed Dr. Boden to receive numerous awards and detail his findings in over 175 peer-reviewed articles and textbooks.

Dr. Boden received his bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Pennsylvania and completed an orthopedic residency at the GeorgeWashingtonUniversityMedicalCenter in Washington, D.C.. He went on to complete a spine fellowship at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals in Cleveland.
