Nikki Stafford was appointed president of St. Louis Children’s Hospital, according to a July 13 health system news release shared with Becker’s.
Ms. Stafford joins BJC from UW Health Kids in Madison, Wis., where she most recently served as president of American Family Children’s Hospital and system vice president of pediatric services.
In her new role, she succeeds Trish Lollo, who was named BJC Health East Region group president in 2025 after serving as St. Louis Children’s president since 2019, according to the release. Ms. Stafford will also serve as president of the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Foundation.
St. Louis Children’s is part of St. Louis-based BJC Health, a 24-hospital system with more than 48,000 employees and hundreds of clinics and service organizations across Missouri and Illinois, according to the system’s website.
