Cambridge, Mass.-based Beth Israel Lahey Health has named Rachel Correia vice president of patient financial services, according to a Sept. 10 post on her LinkedIn page.
She joins the health system from Somerville, Mass.-based Mass General Brigham, where she served as director of hospital billing follow-up. She previously served as director of central billing operations for the system.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Correia served as revenue cycle manager for Burlington, Mass.-based Lahey Hospital Medical Center.
“I look forward to partnering with teams across BILH to drive strategic improvements across our patient financial workflows as we create healthier communities,” Ms. Correia said in her post. “My focus remains clear: building system efficiencies and supporting the talented teams behind them, so together we can continue delivering exceptional support and peace of mind to our patients.”
