Here are three things to know about the changes.

1. Peter Healy, currently the president and CEO of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital – Milton (Mass.), will become president of BIDMC’s Boston campus, effective Jan. 1. In that role, he will oversee patient services, operations, management and finance for BIDMC, the report states.

2. BIDMC will also create a new role of CFO for BIDMC. A search to fill that position, along with Mr. Healy’s role at BIDMC-Milton, is under way, the hospital said, according to the report.

3. Additionally, BIDMC COO Nancy Formella will retire at the end of the year after three years in the position.
