Nathan Tudor, CEO of Beauregard Memorial Hospital in DeRidder, La., has resigned, according to a Beauregard Daily News report.
Mr. Tudor had been with Beauregard Memorial Hospital since December 2012 and resigned to pursue other opportunities, according to the report.
