Baton Rouge General Medical Center Appoints Mark Slyter CEO

Mark Slyter has been appointed president and CEO of Baton Rouge (La.) General Medical Center and its parent company, General Health System, effective Nov. 11.

Most recently, Mr. Slyter served as president and CEO of Jackson, Miss.-based Baptist Health Systems.

Mr. Slyter is replacing Bill Holman who has retired.
