Jerry Henderson, MD, has been named chief applications officer of South Bend, Ind.-based Beacon Health System, effective Sept. 21.
Stacey Johnston, MD, chief information and digital execution officer of Beacon Health System, made the announcement on LinkedIn Aug. 7.
“Dr. Henderson brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare technology, clinical informatics, EHR optimization, digital innovation, and artificial intelligence,” she wrote. “Throughout his career, he has partnered with clinical, operational, and technology teams to improve workflows, enhance caregiver experiences, and drive better patient outcomes.”
Most recently, Dr. Henderson served as chief medical officer and chief medical information officer at PotentiaMetrics.
