Dr. El-Dalati previously served as chief clinical officer and chief network integration officer for Cincinnati-based Bon Secours Mercy Health’s Lorain region in Ohio.
He is a board-certified cardiothoracic surgeon and holds an MBA in healthcare from Cleveland State University.
