1. Ms. Sholder most recently served as chief quality officer of Kettering (Ohio) Health Network.
2. She also served as a manager, and later director in the network’s quality department.
3. She earned her master’s degree in health administration from Ohio University in Athens.
4. In her new role, Ms. Sholder will oversee programs to enhance patient safety, clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
