In her new role, Ms. Breslin-Rodriguez will lead safety and quality efforts across the 20-hospital system. She’ll also oversee core areas such as accreditation, Certificate of Public Advantage efforts and clinical data intelligence, according to a Jan. 16 news release.
Ms. Breslin-Rodriguez has held various leadership roles since first joining Ballad in 2002, including as director of performance improvement, corporate director of patient resource management and corporate director of medical services. She started her career as a charge nurse in the emergency department and progressive care unit at St. Frances Hospital in Miami.
