Here are seven things to know about Ms. Oxford.
1. She began her new job Nov. 18.
2. Ms. Oxford had been interim CEO and COO since Aug. 5, following the resignation of Dave Veillette.
3. Before taking on the interim position, she was vice president of business development and operations. In that role, she provided leadership oversight for radiology, respiratory therapy, laboratory and the hospitalist program.
4. Previously, she was vice president of business development and support services.
5. Among Ms. Oxford’s accomplishments are the development, design, construction and implementation of the Women’s Heart Center, the Center for Wound Healing, the Brain and Spine Center and the Cardiac Rehabilitation Center, officials said.
6. Ms. Oxford earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Cal State University Bakersfield and a Masters of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Salt Lake City-based Western Governors University.
7. She is an affiliate of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the executive leadership team for the American Heart Association.
