Ms. Plousha Moore joined Atrium Health, then known as Carolinas HealthCare System, in 2008. She served as executive vice president and chief human resources officer from 2013 to 2016, before becoming chief of staff. She previously served as senior vice president of human resources and organizational development at Columbus-based OhioHealth.
Ms. Plousha Moore is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and National Association of Health Services Executives. In 2016, she served on the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce’s executive committee.
