Austin-based Ascension Texas has appointed Elise Wyant as chief human resource executive.
In her new role, Ms. Wyant will guide workforce planning across the ministry market and work with executive leaders to support clinical and operational goals, according to an Oct. 23 health system news release.
Ms. Wyant previously served as director HR business partner and manager HR business partner at Ascension Seton in Austin. In those roles, she worked with clinical leaders to align human resources strategies with operational needs.
Before joining St. Louis-based Ascension, Ms. Wyant served as director of HR and HR manager at Austin Fitness Group, where she managed organizational change initiatives and developed employee relations programs.
