Will Condon has been appointed CEO of Pensacola, Fla.-based Ascension Sacred Heart Health System, effective July 1.
Mr. Condon previously served as president and CEO of Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola, where he led the hospital to become Northwest Florida’s only level 1 trauma center, according to a June 18 LinkedIn post from Ascension Sacred Heart.
During his tenure, the Pensacola campus earned an “A” grade from The Leapfrog Group for five consecutive years, the post said.
Ascension Sacred Heart Health System comprises five hospitals and 108 Ascension Sacred Heart Medical Group locations. The organization serves nearly 1.3 million patient visits across the Florida Panhandle.
The system is part of St. Louis-based Ascension.
