1. Mr. Kelly joined Asante in 2000, and since then has served in several leadership roles, including as COO and chief strategy and business development officer.

2. He has previous experience in executive positions at Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno, Calif., and Saint Paul Medical Center in Dallas.

3. He serves on the American Hospital Association Regional Policy Board and the Oregon Association of Hospitals and Health Systems’ board.

4. Mr. Kelly holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas.

5. He succeeds Roy Vinyard, who left the role in January.
