Arkansas hospital taps chief nursing officer

Hot Springs, Ark.-based Levi Hospital appointed Traci Baker, MSN, RN, as chief nursing officer, The Sentinel-Record reported Nov. 18.

Ms. Baker, who has worked as a nurse for 25 years, will oversee the hospital’s nursing operations, focusing on patient safety, staff development and implementing quality care initiatives.

Most recently, she held a leadership position at University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and St. Vincent Infirmary.
