Arkansas Children’s Hospital names new chief nursing officer

Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock announced the appointment of Heather Cherry, DNP, RN, as its new vice president and chief nursing officer, according to a May 3 news release.

Dr. Cherry joins the hospital from Texas Children’s Hospital where she served as the assistant vice president of nursing. 

In her new role with Arkansas Children’s Hospital, she will oversee nursing operations in all disciplines across the largest facility in the state’s only pediatric health system.
