1. Ms. LaFontaine most recently served as vice president of revenue cycle services at Memorial, and she will continue to lead that division.
2. Her appointment comes months after the hospital notified 30,000 of its patients Feb. 15 of a data breach.
3. Memorial Hospital at Gulfport, a nonprofit facility owned by the city, is licensed for 303 beds and includes a level 2 trauma center, two outpatient surgery centers and 95-plus physician clinics.
