Lynn Massingale, MD, executive chairman of TeamHealth, attributed the company’s success to recent acquisitions and a strong reputation among physician groups and hospitals. Acquisitions contributed $16.2 million of growth between the quarters and 4.4 percent of the revenue growth less provision, reported as $412.5 million.
The company also reported a decline of $5.8 million due to changes within military staffing contracts.
