Andrew Tokar is Overlake Medical Center’s permanent CFO: 5 takeaways

1. Mr. Tokar has served in the role on an interim basis since July 2017.

2. He has worked at Overlake Medical Center since 2002, initially joining as a senior analyst in the finance department.

3. Mr. Tokar also serves on the board of the Eastside Health Network, a clinically integrated network of providers, which is part of the Eastside Health Alliance. Overlake and Kirkland, Wash.-based EvergreenHealth formed the Eastside Health Alliance, a joint venture, in January 2017.

4. Prior to joining Overlake, Mr. Tokar served as assistant controller for Telecare Corp., a behavior health services organization.

5. He is a member of the Health Care Financial Management Association.
