2. He previously held several leadership positions with Presence Health, which became part of Lisle, Ill.-based Amita Health in March 2018.
3. He was president and CEO of Presence Health’s Northwest Chicago region.
4. Mr. Baird is chair of the investor-owned hospital section of the Illinois Hospital Association.
5. He holds a master’s degree in health administration and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University in Durham, N.C.
