1. He joins AFH from Cedar City, Utah-based Valley View Medical Center, also part of Intermountain Healthcare, which is changing its name to Cedar City Hospital.
2. Most recently, he has served as CEO of Valley View.
3. Mr. Wilson will succeed Mike Olson at AFH.
