Formerly the health system’s senior vice president and chief human resources officer, Dr. Moore’s new title reflects her expanded leadership and responsibilities, a Nov. 3 news release shared with Becker’s said.
“Christine’s expanded responsibilities will not only sustain and increase our existing capabilities but will improve their effectiveness through closer alignment with complementary functions,” said Penny Wheeler, MD, CEO of Allina Health.
“I am excited to work more closely with our talented teams to continue to amplify and acknowledge the extraordinary work that happens across the Allina Health system,” said Dr. Moore. “By creating a cross-functional, collaborative structure we can achieve greater focus and alignment on service excellence, effective brand management, integrated communications and robust talent strategies.”
Before joining the health system in 2015, Dr. Moore held executive human resources roles at St. Paul, Minn.-based Ecolab and Richfield, Minn.-based Best Buy.
