Allina Health appoints Kelly Spratt president of 2 hospitals

Minneapolis-based Allina Health tapped Kelly Spratt to serve as president of Buffalo (Minn.) Hospital and Cambridge (Minn.) Medical Center, effective March 11.

Mr. Spratt comes to Allina Health from Minneapolis-based Hennepin Healthcare, where he served as chief ambulatory officer, overseeing ambulatory care and emergency medical services. Equipped with 30 years of healthcare experience, he has also worked at North Memorial Health Care in Minneapolis.

In addition to his leadership experience, Mr. Spratt is trained as a paramedic. He is the board chair for Restart, a nonprofit organization that helps brain injury patients and those with related disabilities live independently.

He holds a master’s degree in health and human services administration from Minneapolis-based Saint Mary’s University.
