Dr. James Weinstein Appointed CEO of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health in New Hampshire

James Weinstein, DO, has been appointed president and CEO of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health, based in Lebanon, N.H., according to a university news release.

This new position consolidates the leadership of Mary Hitchcock Memorial Hospital and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic. Dr. Weinstein, a spine surgeon, has been president of Dartmouth-Hitchcock Clinic since 2010 and director of The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice since 2007. He also created and was chairman of the departments of orthopedics at Dartmouth-Hitchcock and Dartmouth Medical School from 2002-2010.
