Mr. Fratzke most recently served as the COO Rochester, Minn.-based Mayo Clinic’s Southwest Minnesota region, which includes multiple integrated hospitals and clinics.
In addition to his role as COO, Mr. Fratzke will serve as the chief administrative officer of Alameda’s Highland Hospital in Oakland, a regional trauma center and teaching hospital.
