Alabama’s Trinity Medical Center Makes Interim CEO Permanent Head

Keith Granger, who currently serves as interim CEO, has been named as the permanent CEO of Birmingham, Ala.’s Trinity Medical Center, according to a report in the Dothan Eagle.

Mr. Granger accepted the interim position in September, after serving as CEO of Dothan, Ala.’s Flowers Hospital. As part of his new role, Mr. Granger will oversee the transition of Trinity from its current location to a new facility in Birmingham’s U.S. 280 corridor, according to the report.

Suzanne Woods, who was named interim CEO of Flowers Hospital at the time of Mr. Granger’s departure, will remain as interim head of the hospital. Both hospitals are owned by Community Health Systems, according to the report.
