Troy (Ala.) Regional Medical Center has named Patrick Guy its new director of human resources, according to a Jan. 15 LinkedIn post.
Prior to his new role, Mr. Guy served as human resources director for the Life Care Center of Old Hickory Village in Nashville, Tenn.
Mr. Guy will oversee Troy Regional’s employee relations, human resources strategy, organizational culture initiatives and workforce development, the post said.
