Al Campbell named COO of Nexus Health, Fort Washington Medical Center: 3 things to know

Al Campbell has been named COO of Oxon Hill, Md.-based Nexus Health and Fort Washington (Md.) Medical Center.

Here are three things to know about Mr. Campbell.

1. As COO, he will be responsible for overall operations for Nexus Health and Fort Washington Medical Center leading the direction of key operating systems.

2. Prior to Nexus Health, he was executive administrator at Dimensions Healthcare System in Cheverly, Md.

3. Mr. Campbell was also previously COO and vice president of quality, risk and ancillary services at Specialty Hospitals of Washington, D.C.
