Akron General CEO Retiring

Akron (Ohio) General Health System’s president and CEO, Alan Bleyer, will retire at the end of the month, according to a report in the Beacon Journal.

Mr. Bleyer has led the health system since 2003.

A national search will begin soon for his replacement, according to the report.
