AHA Announces 2014 Council Chair, Committee Members

The American Hospital Association has announced a new council chair and members for its Committee on Governance for the upcoming year.

Bina Eggensperger has been named as chair of the AHA’s 2014 Committee on Governance. Ms. Eggensperger is a trustee of Clark Fork Valley Hospital in Plains, Mont. She is also a member of the Healthcare Trustee Association of Montana where she formerly served as president.

Fred Gattas was named chair-elect of the AHA’s 2014 Committee on Governance. He is a trustee at St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.

The following are the members elected to serve on the 2014 Committee on Governance.
