Ms. Deering has served as Advocate Sherman Hospital’s COO since 2006. Before joining Advocate Health Care, she was vice president of patient services, CNO and chief clinical officer at Delnor-Community Hospital in Geneva, Ill., and executive director of patient services at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Elgin, Ill.
