Alan Verrill, MD, will take the helm Feb. 25, according to a news release from AdventHealth. Dr. Verrill, an internal medicine physician, currently serves as president and CEO of AdventHealth South Overland Park (Kan.), which opened with limited services in 2017 and fully launched in 2021.
He will report to Sam Huenergardt, regional president and CEO of AdventHealth’s Mid-America region. The health system is based in Altamonte Springs, Fla.
