AdventHealth names CEO for Texas hospital

Eulanie Lashley was named president and CEO of Texas Health Hospital Mansfield, a joint venture of Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based AdventHealth and Arlington-based Texas Health Resources.

Ms. Lashley will begin her new role March 24, according to a news release shared with Becker’s.

Ms. Lashley is vice president and COO for AdventHealth Apopka (Fla.). She also previously served as COO of AdventHealth Winter Garden (Fla.).
