Breian Meakens has been named COO, Michael Janniere is now senior vice president and chief people officer and Tess Poland will serve as vice president for ambulatory operations.
Mr. Meakens, who previously served at Christopher House, has leadership experience in operations, financial management and leading teams in developing processes and change management. He also formerly served as an examiner and speaker for Illinois Performance Excellence.
Mr. Janniere most recently served as director of total rewards at the American Hospital Association.He has directed numerous human capital projects, including talent acquisition and development, employee engagement programs, corporate governance, audit advisory/resolution, employee benefits programs and executive compensation and benefits.
Prior to her current role, Ms. Poland served as associate vice president for the American Osteopathic Information Association. She has 20 years of nursing, management regulatory compliance and consulting experience in healthcare.
