1. Peter Healy, currently the president and CEO of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital – Milton (Mass.), will become president of BIDMC’s Boston campus, effective Jan. 1.

2. Onslow Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, N.C., named Penney Burlingame Deal, DHA, RN, CEO.

3. Thomas “Tim” Stover, MD, president and CEO of Cleveland Clinic Akron (Ohio) General, retired.

4. Norma Jean Morgan, CEO of Effingham Health System in Springfield, Ga., retired abruptly.

5. Gay L. Landstrom, PhD, RN, was named interim CEO of Windsor, Vt.-based Mt. Ascutney Hospital and Health Center, effective June 15.

6. Clarendon Health System in Manning, S.C., named Deborah Locklair CEO and administrator.
