5 latest hospital CMO, CNO moves

The following five hospital and health system CMO and CNO moves were reported by Becker’s Hospital Review in the last three weeks, starting with the most recent.

1. CHI St. Luke’s Health-The Woodlands (Texas) Hospital named Syed Raza, MD, as its new CMO.

2. Teresa Roberts, RN, was named CNO of Highlands Medical Center in Sparta, Tenn.

3. Oakland, Calif.-based Alameda Health System named associate CMOs at two of its hospitals. Steven Rosenthal, MD, is now assistant CMO of San Leandro (Calif.) Hospital, and Donato Stinghen, MD, took the position at Alameda (Calif.) Hospital.

4. HCA Gulf Coast Division, a hospital network with 13 hospitals, eight ambulatory centers and seven emergency centers in Texas, named Stephen Nesbit, DO, as CMO.

5. Rush University Medical Center in Chicago chose Omar Lateef, MD, as its new CMO.
