4 latest hospital, health system CEO moves

Becker’s Hospital Review reported the following hospital and health system CEO moves in the last week.

1. Commonwealth Health’s Berwick (Pa.) Hospital Center selected Thomas Neal, RN, to serve as permanent CEO.

2. The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services appointed Brett M. Johnson CEO of Northwest Ohio Psychiatric Hospital in Toledo.

3. St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, Ga., made interim CEO Dan Jones’ appointment permanent, effective immediately.

4. Jeff Patterson, CEO of Nacogdoches (Texas) Medical Center, is stepping down from his role to take on a new position, effective Dec. 29.
