Ohio’s Akron Children’s Hospital Names New CFO

Akron (Ohio) Children’s Hospital has named Michael Trainer as its new CFO and treasurer, according to a report by the Beacon Journal.

Mr. Trainer has served as interim CEO for the hospital for five months and previously served as a vice president for the hospital. He has also served as vice president of regional services and strategic initiatives at the Cleveland Clinic and at Summa Health System in Cleveland.
