Mr. Moreau succeeds former CEO Larry Ainsworth, who retired June 30. Mr. Moreau has served as president and CEO of San Antonio Community Hospital in Upland, Calif., for the last five years.
Mr. Moreau will begin his new role on Dec. 1, 2010.
