CFO Ted Sirotta: Forward Thinking at Northwestern Medical Center

Ted Sirotta has served as CFO of Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans, Vt., for the past six years, and he was recently honored as a "forward-thinking" CFO.

Ted Sirotta is CFO of Northwestern Medical Center.In June, hospital management company Quorum Health Resources named Mr. Sirotta "CFO of the Year" for his commitment to NMC's mission and his perception of issues through the eyes of patients all while achieving positive finance performance for the hospital.

"This award demonstrates the value of a collaborative relationship between QHR's resources, seasoned financial experts and a forward-thinking CFO," said QHR President and CEO James L. Horrar in a news release. "We are very proud of Mr. Sirotta's…thorough analysis of financial data to achieve consistent and positive outcomes."

According to the hospital's most recent financial data, NMC recorded more than $133.2 million last year, and net income totaled more than $8.1 million for an above-average 6.1 percent profit margin.
